Many corporate executives include bo-
nuses
and
travel
in
their
yearly
employee packages. There are, of course,
some basic elements to consider not least of
which is how best to use travel. When
considering adding destinations into your
policy there are four basic elements to
consider aside from the destination itself.
These are expectation, experience, reward
and execution.

oday, with the myriad of alternative travel services offered
online, it seems that travelers are expected to spend hour
upon hour searching the net for the “lowest fare” or the
“best deal” (yet rarely achieving that goal). In the corporate world
this time consuming activity is both costly and frustrating taking
valuable employee resources that could be better used elsewhere.
This is especially true when considering travel as part of your
corporate remuneration package.
