Quad wagons:
·
Mainframe is constructed using 100,000 psi tensile flange material.
·
Formed 8-inch channels are used between the suspension hangers for
even greater frame rigidity.
·
Dropped frame with the hinge pin location results in a lower centre of
gravity for improved stability when dumping.
·
One-piece turntable frame fabricated from 3/8-inch plate provides
increased rigidity and stability.
·
Superior quality BPW double ball race turntable are used in all Quad
Wagons to ensure optimal distribution of axial and radial forces.
·
Pre-fabricated rear-cross member/rear-post assembly and centre rib
provides improved stability when dumping and reduced box-side bow-
ing.
·
Integrated floor and sidewall sections fabricated using 4.0 mm Hardox
450.
·
Floor/sidewall sections overlapped during assembly for increased
strength and durability.
Low beds:
·
Models available in: weight-carrying capacities from 30 ton to 250
ton; tandem, triaxle and 16-, 24- and 32-wheel suspensions; fixed,
folding and detachable style goosenecks; mechanical or hydraulic
operation; and single- or double-drop applications.
·
Main beams and high-stress cross members are constructed using
100,000 psi tensile flange material.
·
Flange collar reinforcements at high-stress beam intersections.
·
Edge beams designed with or without: outriggers; ‘H’ pockets; D-rings
or winches.
